The Venue


This retreat will be held at Sampford Manor on Dartmoor in South West England. The Manor house is located high up on Dartmoor and is surrounded by amazing views and great walks.



The yoga



Practices will include Asanas, Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama as well as other yoga practices.  The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, peace-fullness and self-inquiry (jnana yoga). This retreat is suitable for people of all levels of ability from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Full instructions on practice will be given.



Food


Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance. There will be two meals served each day (brunch and dinner) and fruit and hot drinks will be available all day.

        The retreat will be led by Tristan Dorling and Katie Warnes



Hill walking


        We will be going out hill walking most days if the weather is good, so bring some walking boots/ shoes and suitable clothing.



Cost


Staying in one of the glamping tents (2 sharing): £390 per person

   

Shared twin room (bunk beds):                              £390 per person


Shared twin room (single beds):                             £410 per person  

 

Shared double room (2 sharing, one bed):             £410 per person


Single room:                                                             £430                                        



The cost includes accommodation, food and all the yoga and meditation classes. A deposit of £70 is required to secure a place on the retreat. Shared rooms and glamping tents are single sex, unless you are sharing with a friend.
