The Venue


    I will be leading this retreat at the Eden Rise Retreat Centre in Devon, in South West England. The centre has been deliberately converted for retreats and is in a beautiful location in the Devon countryside.


   The centre has a large yoga room, under-floor heating throughout and wifi.  There is also a sauna which will be available during the free time in the afternoons.




The yoga


    Practices will include Asanas, Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama, as well as other yoga practices including some of the advanced pranayama practices.  The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, peace-fullness, bliss and purification of the subtle body. Full instructions in practice will be given.



Level


    This retreat will be suitable for intermediate to advance level students. If you are not sure if you are at a level suitable to attend this retreat then contact me and I can let you know.



Food


    Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance.


   There will be two meals served each day (brunch and dinner) and fruits and hot drinks will be available all day.

    The price includes accommodation, food and all the yoga sessions.  A deposit of £70 is required to secure a place on the retreat. There are a limited number of single and twin rooms available.

    There will be a maximum of 18 people on this retreat. There will be 20 minutes of karma yoga (service to others) each day. All yoga classes and meditation sessions are optional.
