Personal Online Support
If you would like support with your yoga practice you can book an online video chat with me using the dialogue box below. For the meeting you will need a computer with an internet connection. The software will use your computer’s onboard audio and video (similar to Skype).
Online support can be for just one time, or you can have ongoing support and guidance.
Support is available for people who have issues related to their general yoga practice, and also for people who are going through a kundalini awakening and who are dealing with the energetic changes that can accompany that process.
Support sessions last for 25 minutes.
Available day and time slots are shown when you book, so simply select one that suits you. All support sessions are confidential.
